Since we first added stairlifts to our product range in 1975 our commitment to product quality has lead us to become the most well known brand in the industry. As a private family business Stannah take every care to live up our reputation and that means we work with just a handful of carefully selected dealers who have been carefully scrutinised to ensure their values and service meet the Stannah standard. Only dealers that can demonstrate an ethical business manner, a customer focused approach and have completed the Stannah installation and service training are accepted as authorised dealers. This approach helps us to build long-standing relationships with first-class, reliable partners around the country.
We now also offer our dealers the Stannah Certificate of Excellence. This is an advanced assessment programme that all our current dealers have either attained or are in the process of completing. All our dealers are regularly audited to ensure they maintain our standards.
Please note that our dealers are independent businesses and therefore they resell Stannah products under their own terms and conditions. Dealer service and warranty agreements may differ from those we offer to our direct customers which are described elsewhere on this website.

How to become a dealer
If you are interested in becoming a Stannah stairlift dealer you will need to be able to demonstrate that you work to values that align with us and commit to the Stannah dealer training programme. Please note that in order to minimise conflict with existing dealers we will also review applications based on location and we ask for a minimum yearly order commitment.
