Aftercare

We pride ourselves on the reliability of our stairlifts but in the unlikely event that you need assistance with your stairlift, we aim to be there within hours, even in the middle of the night or on Christmas day.

Every new stairlift we provide comes with a full 2 year warranty, 2 free services, and the support of our nationwide teams of locally-based engineers, who are on standby 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Each reconditioned stairlift comes with a 12 month warranty, 1 free service and the same all year round support from our engineers.

We have 11 branches nationwide, to ensure our engineers can get to you quickly if needed.

Buybacks

If you no longer have a need for your Stannah stairlift, we may remove it and buy it back, conditions will apply. For more information please contact the Admin Team on 01264 364311.
