Aftercare
We are also confident with the reliability of our stairlifts so in the unlikely event that you need assistance with your stairlift, we aim to be there within hours, even in the middle of the night or on Christmas day.
Every new stairlift we provide comes with a full 2 year warranty, 2 free services, and the support of our nationwide teams of locally-based engineers, who are on standby 24-hours a day, 365 days a year. Each reconditioned stairlift comes with a 12 month warranty, 1 free service and the same all year round support from our engineers. 2 year warranty and 2 free services not available in Northern Ireland.
