At Stannah, we understand the importance of peace of mind. That’s why we offer a comprehensive 2 year warranty with all our new stairlifts, which includes two free services plus all parts and labour*. Our reconditioned models come with a 12-month warranty, with your first service free. After all initial warranty periods an additional service contract can be arranged.
In the unlikely event of you needing assistance, our nationwide teams of locally-based service engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so we can reach you quickly - even in the middle of the night or on Christmas Day.
