At Stannah, we take care of every aspect of the business ourselves, from designing and manufacturing the stairlift here in the UK right through to installing it in your home.

From the day of installation, we give you a comprehensive 12-month guarantee with every Stannah stairlift. This covers all the stairlift parts and labour and is extendable for all parts providing your stairlift is regularly serviced by us. We even give you your first stairlift service absolutely free.

In the unlikely event that you need assistance, our nationwide teams of locally-based service engineers are on standby 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so we can aim to reach you within hours - even in the middle of the night or on Christmas Day.

Peace of mind comes as part and parcel of every Stannah stairlift.
