14 day Satisfaction Guarantee Terms & Conditions
This offer does not affect your statutory rights. It is available on any new or reconditioned product purchased direct from Stannah Lift Services. This offer is not available on products purchased through 3rd party dealers or other companies, or on products purchased with the aid of a grant. Neither can this offer be used in the event of bereavement where the usual buyback policy applies. All requests must be made within 14 days of the installation date. We will then ask you to confirm your decision in writing. On receipt of written notice a full refund will be arranged. All monies invoiced will be returned and the stairlift will be removed between normal working hours. This offer does not include making good adjustments that have been made during installation, other than those that pose a threat to health and safety.
