I am writing in response to your letter of 4 April addressed to my wife. I was unfortunately in hospital when the stairlift installation was made and did not have the opportunity to meet your installation engineer.
We cannot trace the customer satisfaction form to which you refer, but, of you will kindly send one it will be completed and returned without delay.
I would mention however that we are delighted with the installation which will be of great benefit to both of us. Your engineer did an excellent job.
